Jones & DeMille Engineering completed a citywide pavement assessment for Monroe City to evaluate remaining service life and identify cost-effective roadway improvements.
Initial reconstruction costs exceeded $10 million, but Jones & DeMille Engineering worked with the City to develop a more efficient approach using full-depth reclamation with cement treatment, reducing costs to meet budget constraints.
Jones & DeMille Engineering also assisted in securing a $5.19 million CIB grant-loan package and provided design services to prepare the project for bidding and construction.
