The Southeastern Utah Association of Local Governments (SERDA) Administration Building is a 14,820-square-foot facility designed to serve the region for decades to come.
Jones & DeMille Engineering provided planning, engineering, and construction administration services in coordination with Campbell Architecture, which led the building design.
The building includes a welcoming public lobby, offices, conference rooms, and collaborative spaces, with a focus on accessibility, efficiency, and long-term durability to support both staff operations and community needs.
