Jones & DeMille Engineering is providing environmental services for the development of an NRCS-funded PL-566 Watershed Plan-Environmental Assessment (Plan-EA) for floodplain protection, endangered species habitat improvements, and expanded recreation along Hobble Creek in Springville, Utah.
Services include cultural resource surveys, aquatic resource delineation, biological surveys for federally listed species, wetland mitigation, and NEPA compliance.
The project includes multi-agency coordination with the NRCS, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Utah Division of Wildlife Resources, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, and the June Sucker Recovery Implementation Program. A draft Plan-EA is expected to be completed early in 2027.
