Jones & DeMille Engineering supported design of a three-million-gallon post-tensioned concrete water tank to expand system capacity.
Site constraints, including a nearby seismic fault, required careful relocation and incorporation of flexible design features to improve resilience.
The project also included major piping infrastructure and integration with existing tanks.
Designed as part of a future park, the facility includes a public viewing area, blending infrastructure with community use.
