Jones & DeMille Engineering provided funding, planning, design, and construction engineering for a 27.5-mile culinary water transmission pipeline serving Duchesne County.
The system includes large-diameter HDPE pipeline, a 2-million-gallon reservoir, and future storage integration.
Complex coordination with agencies, landowners, and multiple water providers was required, along with environmental permitting and major canal and river crossings.
The project now serves as a critical backbone for delivering reliable water to communities across the region.
